Personalised Service

Every invite will arrive assembled, with the ribbons tied and your guest names printed into them. Click Browse Designs Browse Designs and choose a design you like. Click through to see the available colours and images of all the co-ordinating items in that design. Type in the quantities of items you are interested in on the handy price calculator and place your order or get a quote. Select the Personalised Service button to see the prices for this service. Of course, you can compare these prices with our other services and if you wish, have part of your order personalised and other parts ‘DIY’ or ‘Best of Both’!

As every wedding is unique, we print your choice of wording inside your stationery, your selected text colour and your chosen font style. We even print your guests names for you so you need to choose the colour for these names too! So all you have to do when your order arrives is address the envelopes, stick on the stamps and put the kettle on!

We have a helpful section called Fonts and Wording to guide you through the design choices that you will need to make so that we can produce the perfect invitation insert for you. But don't worry, we always email you a PDF proof so that you can check the stationery you have ordered. Once you are happy with your proof, we will go to print. Your stationery will arrive, every bow tied and ready to be posted to your expectant guests.

Please be sure you are completely happy with the wording you have composed before you supply it to us. We do three proof changes for you totally free but unfortunately, repeated alterations will incur an additional charge. We only go to print once you have confirmed your stationery is exactly as you want it. If you do need to make alterations after printing, we will have to charge an additional cost, sorry!

Personalised
Every invite will arrive assembled, with the ribbons tied and your guest names printed into them.

Best of Both
We print everything and you assemble it! This means you get proofs created by us, we print everything for you, just leaving you to put it all together at home. The ribbon will need tying, so select pre-tied ribbons if you want those to be already done for you.

DIY
Get the same beautiful stationery designs, saving money by printing the inserts at home and tying the ribbons yourself. The ribbon is included in the price, but if you would like them pre-tied so you just slip them onto the cards, and these to your order.

Ordering
Select the design you like and put in your quantities using the Price Calculator & click the ‘DIY’ or ‘Personalised’ buttons to select the service you'd like. The alternative prices will show, allowing you to compare and you can mix and match the services within your order. If you want to order the Best of Both service, please call our order manager, Jo, on 020 8691 6100 or email orders@mandalaybride.co.uk as you can’t order directly from the website at the moment! Sorry.

When you've chosen everything you need, click 'Order Now' and you'll be taken to our shopping cart. There you will choose the card colour and ribbons & you can adjust your quantities too. You will be able to submit your wording and select a font for inside your wedding invites. We will then prepare your proof for you.
