RSVP Cards

You’d be amazed at how many guests fail to properly RSVP an invitation.  Adding RSVP details on to the invite is a good way of making sure that your guests reply to the correct address and by the right time. Make sure you put a date that the guests need to reply by that’s a good 6 weeks before the wedding date so you can confirm numbers with the caterer in plenty of time.

Even better is to use one of our matching RSVP cards so your guests don’t even need to buy a reply card themselves. You can address the envelope and even put a stamp on it if you’re feeling really generous! Then there’s no excuse for them not replying.

You may want to ask your guests to let you know if they have any special dietary requirements on their RSVP card, so you can make provision for them. If your caterers are not set up for this however, don’t ask the question.
