All DIY orders include the printed outer card, blank insert paper, envelope and ribbon on a roll. The DIY order of service includes 2 insert sheets. The Personalised service is where we do everything for you i.e. print your inserts, assemble your stationery and include envelopes where necessary. If ordering luggage tags, you need to order ribbon separately, one roll is enough for approx. 40 tags.
