Customer service and talking to someone on the phone is very rare these days and it's taken alot of effort to find someone to do both of these things. That's why, to my delight, I spoke with Jo, the order manager at Mandalay. Nothing felt like too much trouble, even after my countless questions over the phone and via email! Helpful in everyway possible, Jo organised quick delivery of my wedding invites and they are perfect. Everything was so stress free and I hope organising the rest of my wedding is the same. Your self assembly option means we can have sophisticated invites, and I can have an evening of fun with my friends putting them all together!
